Where are you located?
We're based in Napa Valley, California (about an hour north of San Francisco).
WhAT'S YOUR AVAILABILITY?
We're often booked 2 to 3 months in advance — so it's never too soon to start planning.
DO YOU BUILD IMAGE ASSET LIBRARIES?
We sure do. There's nothing worse than repeatedly sharing the same, tired and overly-dated images. Break the cycle of repetition. Working with us provides you with all the visual tools you need to keep things fresh.
If you're looking to develop a wealth of visuals for your content library that can be shared across multiple marketing, advertising and social media platforms — we've got you covered. While our studio's availability is quite limited, most of our clients like to hire us over the course of multiple seasons to collect images for their brand.
How long DOES IT TAKE?
Every project is different. To ensure that each client receives a positive, well-thought-out and effective experience, we create a project timeline and production schedule based on individual needs and the overall scope of every project.
What are your rates?
Clients come to us at all stages of creative development — some are equipped with a plethora of brand assets while others are just getting started. Working with our studio is typically broken into three main phases: (1) Pre-Production & Planning, (2) Production and (3) Post-Production. Our easy-to-calculate Rate Sheet makes planning and developing smart, reliable budgets a cinch— no matter which stage of creative development you're in. We itemize the cost of every phase so that you know exactly where your budget is going.
DO YOU OFFER AERIAL?
Yes we offer aerial filmmaking stills & motion services. We're 100% certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and are equipped with an Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Remote Pilot's License. Fully-insured to use drones for commercial use, we fly with top-rated aircraft systems equipped with cameras that encompass the most breathtaking dynamic range — all paired with a speciality lenses to capture the beautiful cinematic shots. While on-site, we provide clients with the option of previewing flights through a view-only remote — a great way to provide any feedback that you may have while we're in flight.
DO YOU PROVIDE MAKE-UP, PROPS & STYLING?
We work with a number of amazing make-up artists, prop stylists, set designers, chefs, etc.
Do you work with actors?
Of course. We work with professional actors but most of the time our subjects are real people (zero acting experience) with interesting stories to tell. While working with pros makes it easy to get shots quickly, there's nothing we love more than interviewing someone that has little to no experience being in front of the camera — because sometimes the best stories are completely unscripted.
DO YOU PROVIDE MODELS & CASTING SERVICES?
Sorry, we do not provide models or casting services but we work with a number of amazing casting agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area that we'd be happy to recommend.
DO YOU WORK wiTH VOICEOVER ARTISTS?
We sure do. Be sure to ask about our talented list of voiceover artists for your next project.
What editing software do you use FOR POST-PRODUCTION?
We use the latest, most up-to-date versions of Adobe Creative Cloud.
It's the most reliable industry standard and is fully-compatible with all of our stills & motion assignments.
